Protein/Energy Bites Recipe

The next time you find yourself needing a tiny pick-me-up, a little indulgence, or a pre/post-workout snack (for you OR your favourite little-leaguer!) try whipping up a batch of these clean-eating energy bites to have on hand!
(They may not be pretty, but they sure are delicious!)
Tangerine VitalityTM Protein Energy Bites
*gluten & nut free!

Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
¼ cup dried Wolfberries (-goji berries-)
¼ cup chopped Medjool Dates
½ cup Raw Honey
14 drops Tangerine VitalityTM essential oil
Instructions
1. Roughly chop wolfberries & dates.
2. Mix in oats, chia seeds, protein powder.
3. Add in honey and and Tangerine VitalityTM essential oil. Mix well.
4. Roll out into Tablespoon, bite-sized balls. (Makes about 50 bites)
5. Store in an airtight container.
