Wearing an activity band to track your lifestyle has been trending over the past couple of years, and according to the research firm IDC, it's expected to continue; activity tracker usage is estimated to rise from 102.4 million to 213.6 million by 2020 worldwide. Source

Whether it's a low-end fitness tracker, a mid-range sports performance device, or a pricier smartwatch, wearable tech can be an effective motivation tool to help increase activity in our day-to-day lives.
