ON THE DAILY do something good for you! Even if it is simply the tiniest step. Every day you wake up, you are quite literally not exactly the same as you were the day before - our bodies were designed way too intricately than that. (cell regeneration, hormones, circumstances, etc.) So it makes sense that every day is another opportunity to build upon a lifestyle of consistent choices: no matter how slow change may seem, there is no stagnation, merely a process of going forward or slipping backwards. So live your life moving forward & live it well - it’s the only one you’ve got!
