Weak glute muscles contribute to sore low backs and hamstrings, poor balance, & even sciatica â SO many reasons to get your strongest muscle back to strong again! âŞď¸ a preview of each exercise is in the video, with modifications for lower intensity if you need them!
3-5 minute warm-up
âŞď¸walking, marching, stretching, etc.
4 Rounds
20 reps of each exercise, 10 each leg
Take breaks as you need to!
âŞď¸Split Squats
âŞď¸Donkey Kicks
âŞď¸Super Skaters
âŞď¸Fire Hydrants
3-5 minutes cool-down
âŞď¸walking, marching, stretching, etc.
