Weak glute muscles contribute to sore low backs and hamstrings, poor balance, & even sciatica — SO many reasons to get your strongest muscle back to strong again! ▪️ a preview of each exercise is in the video, with modifications for lower intensity if you need them!


3-5 minute warm-up

▪️walking, marching, stretching, etc.


4 Rounds

20 reps of each exercise, 10 each leg

Take breaks as you need to!

▪️Split Squats

▪️Donkey Kicks

▪️Super Skaters

▪️Fire Hydrants


3-5 minutes cool-down

▪️walking, marching, stretching, etc.
