3-5 minute warm-up ▪️walking, marching, stretching, etc.
4 Rounds 20 reps of each exercise, 10 each leg Take breaks as you need to! ▪️ Jumping Jacks ▪️ Knee-Lift Squats ▪️ Squat-to-Sprawls ▪️ Butt Kickers ▪️ Mountain Climbers ▪️ Leg Scissors
3-5 minutes cool-down ▪️walking, marching, stretching, etc.
